HOW TO OPEN PNR (Passenger Name Record):

– BY SABRE PNR: *XGLGPZ
The other option is to open the Tab: PNR.

- You can search for a PNR using several options:
- By PNR locator number (6 characters)
- By Last name and First name
- By ticket number
- By phone number
- After you enter the search criteria, click on the „Find“ button.
- A list of reservations that match your search criteria will appear on the screen.
- Select the reservation you want to retrieve by clicking on the PNR locator number.
- The PNR details will appear on the screen, including passenger names, flight details, and booking information.
- To make changes or modifications to the reservation, select the appropriate option from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- When you have finished making changes, click the „Save“ button to update the reservation.

Add Extras:
- Select the reservation you wish to add extras to.
- Click on the „Extras“ tab.
- Select the type of extra you wish to add, such as a rental car or hotel room.
- Fill in the necessary details for the extra, such as the rental car company, pickup location, and rental dates.
- Select the appropriate rate and click „Continue“ to review the extra’s details.
- Once you have reviewed the details, click „Accept“ to confirm the extra.
- The extra will now be added to the reservation, and you can view it in the „Extras“ tab.
